TR7700QC SII

The TR7700QC SII from Test Research, Inc. is an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) system that uses Quad Digital Fringe projectors for advanced 3D inspection. It has a 12 MP high-speed camera and multi-phase true color LED lighting, providing a resolution of 10, 12, and 15 µm and an imaging speed of 25 cm²/sec (10 µm), 37 cm²/sec (12 µm), and 57 cm²/sec (15 µm). This AOI system has a Stop-and-Go imaging method and a 3D range of up to 40 mm.  

The TR7700QC SII is equipped with high-precision ballscrews and AC-servo controllers for X, Y, and Z-axis controls. It can accommodate PCBs of sizes up to 510 x 460 mm and a PCB thickness of 0.6 to 5 mm. This machine has missing, tombstoning, billboarding, polarity, rotation, shift, wrong marking (OCV), defective, upside down, extra component, lifted component and foreign material inspection capabilities. It can precisely detect insufficient/excess solder, bridging, solder fillet height, solder volume %, Golden Finger scratch/contamination and lifted lead defects using smart programming with IPC-610 flexible algorithms.
