The V510i R from ViTrox Corporation Berhad is an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) system that uses Phase Shift Profilometry (PSP) methodology with 4-way projectors for advanced 3D inspection. It has an 8 MP color camera with a field of view of 60 x 60 mm and an inspection speed of 0.7 seconds per field of view (~51 cm/sec). This AOI system has an optical resolution of 21 µm/pixel and features a multi-angle & RGBW+UV lighting modules for effective inspection of various surfaces. It can handle PCBs with dimensions ranging from 50 x 50 mm to 510 x 510 mm, a thickness of 0.5 to 20 mm, and a PCB weight of up to 15 kg.
