PVA350

The PVA350 from PVA Global is a Conformal Coating Machine that is designed for laboratory tabletops for selective coating and automated dispensing applications. It has a valve with a robust motion platform that uses brushless DC servo motors and precision ball screw slides to achieve a large work area of 365 x 378 x 101 mm. This machine has a resolution of 5 microns and uses 80 PSI of dry unlubricated air for coating. It is enclosed for added protection during spray applications and has encoder feedback on all axes to ensure a closed-loop process that is consistent and reliable. This coating machine can be controlled manually via a front panel LCD screen and a remote trackball teach pendant or remotely via an RS232 communication interface. It is available in a benchtop package that measures 944.27 x 831.85 x 793.724 mm and requires an AC supply of 120/220 V.
