The DELO-DOT PN5 LV from DELO is a Solder Paste Dispenser that has a dispensing frequency of up to 250 Hz and 300 Hz (in burst mode). It can dispense solder paste as a drop of volume as low as 1 nl corresponding to droplet diameters of less than 250 μm. This solder paste dispenser can handle solder pastes of viscosity up to 35,000 mPa·s (thixotropic) and has a drive service life of 1 billion cycles. Its nozzle can withstand temperatures up to +100 °C and has IP54-rated leakage protection against loss of power or air compression. This solder paste dispenser has a lightweight construction which enables high acceleration and requires a smaller axis & drive design. It is available in a compact package that measures 68 x 19 x 90 mm.
