The TUS-2003 from Eureka Dry Tech is a Fast Dry Cabinet that has been designed to dry and store moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs). It will provide extended floor life and prevent moisture expansion, intermetallic growth, oxidation, solderability, and other moisture-related issues from occurring in electronic devices. This cabinet has internal dimensions that measures 110 x 170 x 61 cm and has a total capacity of 1329 liters. It ensures ultra-low humidity storage environment conforming to IPC/JEDEC J-STD 033 and IPC-1601, storage and handling standards for MSDs, and PCBs. This dryer offers a relative humidity (RH) range from 10% to 50% in storage environments, without using N2/dry air purging technique. It also dehumidifies using desiccant dehumidifiers during storage for removing moisture in all MSDs during SMT production.
This fast dryer includes dual hydrometer sensor designs with independent hydrometer for monitoring relative humidity levels inside the cabinet to ensure high reliability of components. It offers fast recovery times in ambient temperature and pressure (NTP) conditions without using expensive N2 or dry air purging mechanisms. This TUS-2003 is also equipped with anti-static paint, glass, casters, and 1 M? grounding cable, meeting the IEC-61340-5-1 (ESD) standard and ensures proper storage environment for multi-layer PCBs. It has an overall dimension of 120 x 195 x 71.4 cm.
