The T60M 1200 from SMT Dry Boxes is a Dry Cabinet that is designed for the storage and restoration of moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs). It successfully achieves humidity levels below 1% RH (Relative Humidity) making it an optimal choice for drying applications in electronics. The cabinet has internal dimensions measure 1140 x 490 x 1450 mm and has a total capacity of 833 litres. It provides five adjustable shelves that can store components in different sections depending on the requirements of the manufacturers. This dry cabinet is ideal for high-tech manufacturing, these cabinets preserve SMT components, component reels, SMDs, PCBs, precision metal parts, miniature devices, pharmaceutical substances, and more.
The T60M 1200 is compliant with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 standards and each cabinet comes with anti-static packaging, locking doors, decimal digital display, accurate sensors. It includes a humidity manager software that monitors and records humidity and temperature conditions, creating colored graphs for process validation and compliance. The LED display control panel simultaneously showcases temperature and humidity values with precision, while the de-humidifier offers silent, dripless, and frostless operation. It has an RS-232 port for data collection.
The cabinet requires an AC supply of 110V/230V and consumes 355 W of power. It is available in an enclosure that measures 1200 x 770 x 1805 mm.
