The LDC390LL from PCB Unlimited is a PCB Loader/Unloader for PCB sizes from 50 x 50 mm to 530 x 390 mm. It supports a PCB thickness of 0.6 - 4.5 mm and has a PCB stock capability of 125 mm. The conveyor features a transport height of 910mm ±30mm in the left-to-right and right-to-left directions. This loader has a PCB loading time of ±6 seconds and a Magazine change-over time of ±30 seconds. The Loader loads the production line automatically. It is equipped with two PCB loading modes which are especially suitable for a single-line mode that processes double-sided PCBs. It comes with a touchscreen and Panasonic PLC Program Control with a SMEMA interface.
