SuperSWASH III

The SuperSWASH III from PBT Works is a PCB Cleaning Machine that can wash, rinse and dry PCBA, DCBs, misprints, stencils and other mechanical components. It is available in two configurations - SINGLE for cleaning a single frame and TWINGO to clean two frames at once. This machine has a maximum usable space of 835 x 80/150 x 816 mm in SINGLE configuration and 835 x 50 x 740 mm (2x) in TWINGO configuration. It has a tank volume of up to 57 liters and produces a nozzle pressure of 1.5-2 bar (rinsing) & 2.5-3 bar (washing). This equipment requires a 3-phase supply of 230/400 V and consumes 15-23 kW of power. It has a footprint of 1700 x 2100 x 1400 mm.
