Auto Lab

The Auto Lab from MITS Electronics is a PCB Prototyping Equipment with support for automatic tool change. It has a working area of 229 x 300 x 45 mm and allows up to 10 automatic tool changes. This equipment has a spindle speed of 62,000 RPM and includes a stepper motor with support for the X, Y, and Z control axes. It has a travel speed of up to 55 mm/sec and a resolution of 0.156 μm. The prototyping equipment includes a standard 30x camera monitoring system and provides an accurate cutting finish on the prototype PCB. It is available in an enclosure that measures 435 x 575 x 430 mm and allows users to produce boards by importing CAD data (Gerber or DXF output format) to software, enabling a smooth process from CAD designing to board making.
