Quick Laser™

The Quick Laser from T-TECH is an All-in-One Circuit Board Printing Machine that accommodates PCB board sizes of 125 x 125 mm. It is designed to eliminate PCB manufacturing lead times, allowing users to produce PCB boards in less than 4 hours. This printing machine is based on patent-pending Rapid Plate technology, which supports the creation of full copper vias without requiring micro-etch solution, graphite compounds, and electroless copper. This system can develop precision fine line PCB prototypes with laser alignment and uses T-TECH&rsquos proprietary board lamination system supporting up to 8-layer boards. It uses flex, ceramics, RF, aluminium, and other substrates for PCB design. 

The Quick Laser system has a trace width and spacing of 50 µm (2 mil) and a drilling hole size of more than 175 µm. It can print solder stencils on stainless steel, brass, polyimide, and other materials with the same ultra-small feature size (customizable thickness). This printing machine allows users to choose any copper weight as per their application requirements and etch down to 2 mil feature size for BGAs and 0201 components. It is ideal for rapid prototyping and mass production applications.
