MyPro A40LX-17

The MyPro A40LX-17 from Mycronic AB is a Pick-and-place machine with a component placement speed of 18,000 CPH. It supports two types of mounting heads - the MIDAS high-precision mounthead supporting component sizes from 0.3 x 0.15 mm to 99 x 73 x 15 mm and the MX7 high-speed mounthead supporting component sizes from 0.4 x 0.2 mm to 45 x 45 x 15 mm. This machine supports Mycronic&rsquos modular Agilis&trade component feeding system with a capacity of up to 224 components with T460 8 mm tape. It can handle PCB sizes ranging from 70 x 50 mm to 460 x 510 mm and a board thickness of 0.4 to 6.0 mm (with T460). This equipment has a 4K or 2K resolution line scan vision system with a FOV of 80 or 63 mm respectively. It requires a three-phase AC supply of 200-250 V and consumes 1.5 kW of power. This pick and place machine has a footprint of 3530 x 1867 x 1632 mm.
