VP2000-210

The VP2000-210 from ASSCON Systemtechnik-Elektronik GmbH is a Reflow Soldering Equipment that uses an oxygen-free process for vapor phase reflow soldering. It has a solder length of 125-600 mm handling a load of 2 to 8 PCBs. This equipment has a solder product format of 600 x 520 mm and 1200 x 520 mm (with a longboard). It has a solder height of 60 mm and can handle components of up to 90 mm in height. This machine has dual lane conveying for increased processing rates and has full traceability capability.

The VP2000-210 uses liquid or vapor as a means of energy transmission instead of convection so that the entire pre-heating & soldering process takes place in an oxygen-free environment and prevents product overheating, component damage, or PCB delamination. This machine supports dynamic profiling, a process for automatically controlling the optimum soldering profile in series production. It is designed for bare-board product processing on large series production lines and has electrically width-adjusted conveying systems and center support for fast straightforward adjustment for flexible production. This machine requires an AC supply of 400 V and consumes 10 kW of power.
