PRO-650

The PRO-650 from 1ClickSMT is a BGA Rework Station that can accommodate Printed Circuit Boards of size 380 x 380 mm. It supports component sizes ranging from 2 x 2 mm to 50 x 50 mm and uses V-shaped slots for PCB positioning. This rework station features a versatile, user-friendly, and portable universal fixture designed to safeguard PCBs, prevent damage to components along their edges, and mitigate PCB deformation. It comprises three temperature zones, each independently heated. The upper and lower zones utilize hot air, while the bottom zone employs an infrared heater. The integrated design of the upper heating head and mounting head enables seamless automatic soldering and mounting operations. 

The PRO-650 is available in an enclosure that measures 610 x 670 x 900 mm and requires an AC supply of 220 V. It comes with touchscreen control, 3 individual zones, 6 bottom heaters with height adjustable, programmable up/bottom heating, 50X high-resolution camera system, and 3 thermocouples for real-time profiling.
