HR 600P

The HR 600P from Kurtz Ersa is an Automatic Rework System that can accommodate PCB sizes of up to 380 x 300 mm. It has a 5 MP GigE color camera as the placement camera on top and a servomotor-driven component camera on the bottom. This rework system has a 10.7 MP CMOS GigE color camera for the reflow process with a focal length of 50 mm and 2 LEDs for illumination. It supports component sizes ranging from 1 x 1 mm to 60 x 60 mm. This rework system uses an 800 W hybrid radiator with two heating zones of 60 x 60 mm for preheating at the top and three 800 W IR emitters with a heating zone of 380 x 250 mm for preheating at the bottom.  

The HR 600P Rework system can perform non-contact temperature measurements with a Virtual Thermocouple (VTC) and three K-type thermocouple inputs from the AccuTC sensor. It has an optionally retrofitted Auto Scavenger SC 600 that can automatically remove residual solder from the connection surfaces on the PCB. This system has a footprint of 1,450 x 800 x 600 mm.
