Selective Soldering M/C

The Selective Soldering M/C from Advanced Mechatronics Solutions, Inc. is a Selective Soldering Machine that supports 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, or 15 mm soldering nozzles. It has a press plate, a jetting fluxer with 0.15 or 0.19 mm flux nozzles, flux volume control–flow sensor, IR Pre-heater and IR sensor. This equipment has a teaching camera and a real-time image camera for real-time solder monitoring. It also has a digital laser sensor to detect nozzle height and calibrate & measure wave height. This machine can handle PCB sizes of 50 x 50 mm to 300 x 450 mm or 450 x 550 mm. It requires an AC supply of 220 V and consumes 12.5 KVA of power.
