The iCube from Juki Americas is a Selective Soldering Machine that supports PCB sizes from 80 x 50 mm to 510 x 460 mm. It has a unique heavy duty topside board clamping system ensures stability of PCB during soldering. This machine enables live viewing of the soldering to assist in the process setup and continuous monitoring throughout the process. Both video and still images can be acquired from the software for archiving. This soldering machine has a 130-micron orifice controlled by a closed loop servomotor which ensures accurate flux deposition.

The iCube has a unique nozzle design which allows for even quicker changeover times compared to previous models. The entire assembly can easily be removed for maintenance or allow for quick removal of the tip for changing to a different size. It includes Ethernet and USB interfaces and comes with an offline software for easy programming. This soldering machine is available in an enclosure that measures 3000 x 1550 x 1310 mm and requires an AC supply.
