DEK TQ

The DEK TQ from ASMPT is a Fully Automatic Solder Paste Printer that has a print area of 400 x 400 mm. It can accommodate PCB sizes from 50 x 50 mm to 400 x 400 mm and achieves a wet-printing accuracy of up to ±17.0 microns. This solder paste printer is equipped with linear axis drives with high-precision encoders for camera positioning and under-stencil stencil cleaning. It has a motorized, software-controlled squeegee pressure system with closed-loop feedback.  

The DEK TQ has a three-stage conveyor system with off-belt printing, linear drives, innovative clamping systems, and a NuMotion controller with fiber-optic wiring. It also uses an automatic Smart Pin Support system and a Dual Access Cover for changing paste cartridges without stopping the printer. This solder printer has an innovative, flexible high-speed stencil cleaning system with extra-large fabric rolls and an easily replaceable cleaning body. It integrates with SPI systems for closed-loop control and is compatible with IPC-HERMES-9852 and IPC-CFX communication standards for seamless factory automation. This solder paste machine has a footprint of 1000 x 1300 x 1600 mm.
