Kristall 600

The Kristall 600 from STANNOL GMBH & CO. KG is a No-Clean, Lead-Free, Flux-Cored Solder Wire that is composed of FAIRTIN SN100C, FAIRTIN Flowtin TC and FAIRTIN Flowtin TSC305 solder alloys. The inclusion of these micro-alloy additives enhances tip protection and extends the lifetime of tools. It has a synthetic resin-based, colophony-free flux system with a flux content of 2.5% by weight. This flux produces clear, transparent, and electrically safe residues, ensuring clean and reliable solder joints with minimal post-soldering cleanup.

The Kristall 600 supports both manual and automated soldering processes, offering exceptional wetting and low flux spitting properties. It supports soldering iron temperatures of 340-360°C and has a melting point of 227°C. This solder wire has good thermal stability that ensures fast soldering on copper, brass, and pre-tinned surfaces and enables usage with all lead-free alloys.  It is available in standard diameters of 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 0.8, or 1.0 mm and is compliant with J-STD-004C standard.
