Xspection 3120

The Xspection 3120 from Scienscope is an X-ray Inspection Equipment that is designed especially for the examination of long circuit boards used in LED and EV battery controllers. It has 90 or 130 kV micro-focus closed X-ray tubes and a 5 x 5 inch X-ray flat panel detector. This equipment has a magnification of 300x and an inspection speed of 1 second per inspection point. It can calculate void percentages accurately with AI and has automatic programming for fiducial & barcode inspection. This machine can handle PCB sizes of up to 1200 x 600 mm and has tilting capabilities of up to 45°. It consumes 3 kW of power and has a footprint of 2214 x 2342 x 1880 mm.
