TR7600TL SIII

The TR7600TL SIII from Test Research, Inc. is an X-ray Inspection System that uses 2D, 2.5D, 3D Slicing, and Planar CT (Optional) inspection methods. It uses a microfocus X-ray tube as the X-Ray source with an excitation voltage of up to 130 kV and has 3 or 5 ultra-high-speed line-scan CCD cameras providing a resolution of 10, 15, 20, and 25 μm. This equipment is equipped with high-precision ballscrews and AC-servo controllers for X, Y, and Z-axis controls. It can accommodate PCBs of sizes up to 1200 x 660 mm and a PCB thickness of 0.6 to 7 mm. This machine offers missing, misalignment, tombstone, billboard, tantalum polarity, rotation & floating inspection capabilities. It can precisely detect insufficient/excess solder, bridging, open, solder ball, non-wetting, void, and lifted lead defects using Smart Programming with Robust Algorithms.  This X-ray inspection system requires an AC supply of 200-240 V and consumes 7 kVA of power.  It has a footprint of 2014 x 2000 x 1940 mm.
