The Apogee 90 from VJ Electronix is an X-ray Inspection System. It is an affordable and reliable inspection system with advanced features for defect detection, failure analysis, and NDT in production environments. This system is capable of capturing clear 2D & 2.5D X-ray images that provide operators with confidence in their findings. It has a minimum spot size of 4 μm, a field of view of 73 x 73 mm and an imaging speed of 10 FPS/location. The inspection system has a maximum inspection area of 430 x 430 mm and a geometric magnification of 41x (digital magnification of 180x). It supports 6-axis motion control and includes an X/Y joystick and on-screen navigation for motion control.
The Apogee 90 is equipped with powerful and versatile Vi3 software for high efficiency in almost any inspection task - from quick spot checking of random samples and automated inspection routines to enhanced analysis of BGAs and QFNs and more. Operators can easily navigate the intuitive GUI and perform tasks with minimal training. It is available in an enclosure that measures 1200 x 1400 x 1800 mm and requires an AC supply.
