Summary: Provides support in all human resource policies and procedures, and conducts all Human Resources activities such as staffing, benefits and compensation administration, and employee relations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned. Assists in the administration, and education of policies and procedures that cover all functional areas of human resources including compensation, HRIS systems, performance review programs, recruiting methods, employee incentive and benefit programs, morale boosting plans, disciplinary action processes, and training and development planning. Shares in the responsibility of the open enrollment process. Administers record keeping for worker’s compensation and OSHA reporting ensuring HR compliance. Responsible for the preparation of information required for compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resource functions. Responsible for maintaining job posting program, recruiting, interviewing, and new employee selection, and for sourcing and managing candidate selection. Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitudes toward company goals. Responsible for keeping records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations for AAP Records. Acts as witness and ensures legal conformity to all disciplinary measures taken. Serves as mediator to help identify, address and resolve problems, and recommends appropriate action and documentation. Assists with internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies. Establishes procedures for paperwork completion.
