HyperCLEAN III

The HyperCLEAN III from PBT Works is a high-capacity PCB Cleaning Machine ideal for low-mix production. It has a tank size of 780 x 1200 x 810 mm, which holds a total liquid capacity of 114 liters, while a cleaning basket with dimensions of 700 x 700 x 300 mm is provided. The total time required to clean the PCBs ranges from 35 to 60 minutes, given that the wash temperature is 60°, 110° dry temperature, and a rinse temperature of 60°. The duo directional conveyor has a height of 700 mm, and a width of 700 mm. 

The HyperCLEAN III handles high batch volumes and various contamination levels. It features simple, safe parts handling with pushcarts for loading and unloading, and uses separate closed-loop pumps and filtration for each cleaning step. It employs double-row baskets and oscillating spray nozzles for comprehensive cleaning. The system ensures high-performance cleaning by monitoring temperature, pressure, concentration, conductivity, and time, and controls wash concentration with optimized water-based cleaners, offering real-time monitoring and control options. It is available in an enclosure that measures 1700 x 3510 x 2500 mm.
