BA889CY-E6-V

The BA889CY-E6-V from Autotronik is a Pick and Place Machine for high volume production. It features 160 intelligent auto tape feeders and 6 heads (vision on the fly) which provides a placement rate of 20,000 cph and 18,800 cph (IPC 9850). This machine supports component size from 0.6 x 0.3 mm to 16 x 14 mm (handled by digital head camera) and from 0.3 x 0.2 mm to 50 x 50 mm (handled by fixed digital Bottom Vision Camera). It has an X/Y axis resolution of 0.005 mm, a z-axis resolution of 0.01 mm and provides a placement accuracy of ±0.03 mm. This machine also supports rotational movement with a range from 0° to 360° in 0.09°steps.

The BA889CY-E6-V is specially developed for fast and highly precise loading of large batch sizes. It guarantees the optimal measurement of SMD components such as 01005, SOIC, PLCC, BGA, uBGA, CSP and QFP as well as odd-shaped components up to a grid of 0.3 mm. This machine is equipped with a digital optical centering system that enables image processing directly on the placement head "Vision on the Fly". It is available in an enclosure that measures 1480 x 1340 x 1470 mm and requires an AC supply.
