The MY300DX from Mycronic is a Pick-and-Place Machine featuring up to 224 feeder positions with a top speed of 40,000 components per hour (CPH). This machine is suitable for PCB sizes ranging from 70 x 50?mm to 640 x 510?mm and board thickness from 0.4 to 6.0?mm. It conforms to SMEMA standard for board transfer height, with board height adjustable from 880 to 975?mm. The machine supports various components such as Chip (from 03015), SOIC, PLCC, TSOP, QFP, BGA, flip chip, odd-shape, surface-mount connectors, through-hole components, CSP, CCGA, DPAK, Alcap, Tantalum. It features Agilis intelligent feeder technology for automatic feeder and component recognition. It comes with the LINESCAN vision system having 4K resolution and programmable light settings fiducial camera. This machine also has an open software interface for factory integration. The MY300DX requires a three-phase AC 6.6?kVA (3 x 2.2?kVA) power supply with an average power consumption of 1.5 kW.
