SP3D Mini

The LaserVision SP3D Mini from ASC International is a 3D Solder Paste Inspection System with a workspace of 61 x 61 cm and maximum object thickness of 5.1 cm. It supports automatic calculation of height, width, area and volume measurements. This machine utilizes laser technology with a camera resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels, lateral resolution of 3.5 μm and an inspection speed of 60 frames/second. It has four unique and flexible operating modes with integrated real-time SPC run charts and histograms. This inspection machine has an onboard SPC interface which is a powerful tool that helps operators control the critical parameters of the stencil printing process. Data collected is instantly charted by the integrated SPC software. 

The LaserVision SP3D Mini includes a computer with a 2.5 GHz CPU, 1 GB of RAM and Windows© OS. It is ideal for manufacturers striving for better process control of the paste printing process but working with a limited budget. This machine requires an AC supply from 100 to 240 V.
