VP9000 (Standard Machine)

The VP9000 (Standard Machine) from Omron Corporation is a 3D Solder Paste Inspection Equipment. It can accommodate PBCs measuring from 50 x 50 mm to 510 x 460 mm with thickness varying from 0.3 to 5 mm. This machine uses the phase shift inspection method and features a camera system that produces image resolution of up to 5 µm with an inspection speed of up to 8900 mm2/sec. It is proficient in detecting PCB defects like bridge, excessive paste, insufficient paste, missing paste, offset, printing defects, shape, shape deformity, shift, etc. The system employs highly accurate 3D imaging for precise PCB solder paste analysis, compensating for potential warpage automatically.

The VP9000 features user-friendly offline programming software, a touch-screen interface, and real-time feedback for operators. It facilitates quick program creation, offers data analysis for process improvement, and can adjust print settings in real time. This equipment is available in an enclosure that measures 904 x 1180 x 1600 mm and requires an AC supply.
