TXP-5150FD

The TXP-5150FD from Toshiba IT & Control Systems Corporation is an X-ray Fluoroscopic Inspection System with a five-axis sample table for multi-directional imaging. It is suitable for inspecting small- to medium-sized aluminum die castings, mechanical components, electronic parts, and resin moldings, etc. This system has a table measuring 500 mm in diameter that can handle medium to large-size samples. The 5-axis stage (X, Y, Z, Rotate, Tilt) allows inspection from multiple directions. It is equipped with a 150 kV mini-focus X-ray generator, for fluoroscopic inspection which is ideal for fluoroscopic inspection of die-cast and machine parts. Additionally, image quality is realized by adopting a flat panel detector (FPD) with a wide dynamic range and no distortion as the X-ray detector. 

The TXP-5150FD X-ray machine can accommodate a maximum sample size of 500 (Dia.) x 550 (H) mm and a sample weight of up to 30 kg. It has a compact design which facilitates installation in small spaces.
