ICAPE Group Announces Acquisition of the Assets of the German PCB Distributor HLT

ICAPE Group, a global technology distributor of printed circuit boards (PCB), has announced the acquisition of the operating assets of HEISSENBERGER LEITERPLATTENTECHNIK (HLT), a German PCB distributor. HLT, based in the industrial area of Baden-Württemberg, is known for supplying PCB to well-known customers in industries such as automotive, home automation, telecommunications, aerospace, and medical. With a network of 6 strategic suppliers and its own logistics capabilities, HLT offers high value-added services in the "High-Mix Low-Volume" market segment. In 2022, HLT generated revenue of €4.1 million.

This acquisition presents significant synergistic opportunities for ICAPE Group, given HLT's diverse customer portfolio and strategic location. By leveraging HLT's supplier portfolio and logistics platform, ICAPE Group aims to strengthen its position as a leading player in the European and global PCB distribution markets. Cyril Calvignac, CEO of ICAPE Group, expressed enthusiasm for expanding their presence in Germany and highlighted the expertise and values shared between the two companies. The acquisition of HLT's assets is being carried out by ICAPE Deutschland GmbH, a subsidiary of ICAPE Group, and is fully financed in cash. This strategic move reinforces ICAPE Group's commitment to growth and innovation in the PCB distribution industry.
