The CSD-1106-20 from Totech is a Dry Cabinet that can achieve relative humidity (RH) between 20 to 50% for drying applications in electronics. It has 5 shelves for storage, and the cabinet's internal dimensions measure 1190 x 1560 x 620 mm. This dry cabinet is engineered for long-term storage and allows for easy replacement of components, for longevity and hassle-free operation. It operates automatically, displaying humidity levels on the hygrometer, and requires minimal maintenance due to its dry unit technology. This dry cabinet also features lockable doors for enhanced security.
The CSD-1106-20 has an interlocked fan causes the air to circulate through the dry unit, while passing through the dry unit moisture in the air is absorbed by the zeolite desiccant. During periodic regenerating of the zeolite desiccant by heating, the absorbed humidity is evaporated and exhausted through the external shutters of the dry unit. The process is physical, and no extra maintenance at all. It has an overall dimension of 1200 x 1840 x 658 mm and requires an AC supply of 220 V. This dry cabinet is ideal for moisture proof storage applications for such items as micro-films and positive/negative films, antiques and ancient documents, electronic devices, PCBs and IC packages before removing from moisture barrier bags, powered medicines, micro-lens and microscope lens, etc.
