XLC-N2

The XLC-N2 from EMT Electronics Engineering is a Dry Cabinet that is designed for drying and storing moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs). It has internal dimensions measuring 1197 x 1654 x 930 mm and has a total capacity of 1840 litres. This cabinet adheres to IPC/JEDEC J-STD 033C and IPC-1601 standards and allows moisture-sensitive materials and PCBs to be stored for an unlimited period of time. It is equipped with a smart nitrogen flow unit (N2AF-01) that ensures constant low relative humidity of ≤1%RH for short to long-term storage. The cabinet provides a moisture-free and oxygen-free environment, making it ideal for moisture-proof and anti-oxidation storage of wide-ranging technologies. It conforms to the ESD 61340-5-1 standards.

The XLC-N2 employs extensive software and sensitive sensors to keep the moisture level at desired levels by optimally adjusting the nitrogen gas used. According to process needs, nitrogen gas pressure can be increased, or reduced, or nitrogen gas purging settings can be changed. It includes a 7-inch, 800 x 480-pixel touchscreen display that provides access to all important data in the cabinets with simple clicks. This dry cabinet supports remote access and monitoring and can be reached remotely via computers, phones, and tablets that use Wi-Fi and ethernet connections.

The XLC-N2 is available in a housing that measures 1200 x 1990 x 1050 mm and is suitable for high-volume production and baking (floor life resetting) purposes with optional heater units up to 125?C.
