VFX-1000-G

The VFX-1000-G from Metcal is a Fume Extraction Equipment designed with a 2-stage filtration system. It has multiple configurations supporting up to seven 32 mm arms, five 50 mm arms, and two 75 mm arms.  This system features a deep pleat pre-filter with 6 m² of folded glass fiber surface media, providing an efficiency of 95% at 0.9 microns. It has a deep bed gas filter with activated aluminum potassium permanganate & 12 kg of active carbon gas to achieve an efficiency of 99.97% at 0.3 microns, ensuring effective filtration of fumes. This fume extraction system can operate at a noise level of less than 54 dBA and has an airflow/pressure rating of 350 m³/hr (96 mbar).    

The VFX-1000-G includes a digital speed control and built-in silencing. It has a remote interface for start/stop & variable speed control and indicators for filter replacement & system failure. This system requires an AC supply of 100-240 V and consumes 12.5 A/1.1 kW of power. It is available in an enclosure that measures 590 mm x 375 mm x 415 mm.
