YS-CV460

The YS-CV460 from Hayawin Electronic Technology is a Versatile SMT PCB Conveyor that can accommodate PCB ranging from 50 to 460 mm. It has an adjustable conveyor speed from 0.5 to 9 m/min that gives control over the production time. This conveyor supports various production setups and operator preferences with a duo-directional flow system, i.e., Left to Right and Right to Left. It features a machine frame composed of high-strength iron plate and aviation aluminium profile. Additionally, the conveyor incorporates safety door lock functionality for equipment shutdown protection and is controlled via a PLC programmable controller.

The YS-CV460 SMT PCB Conveyor offers customization options such as varying machine lengths, the number of stop boards, lighting racks, material placement tables, dust covers, cooling fans, and more. It is compatible with the standard SMEMA interface and allows seamless online integration with other equipment, helping in the electronics manufacturing process.
