MGU

The Manual Gate Unit (MGU) from IPTE Factory Automation is Gate Conveyor. It is available with either left-to-right or right-to-left direction (to be specified at the time of order) depending on the application. This conveyor moves at an adjustable speed between 100 to 700 mm/sec and has a width of 800 mm with a height between 930 to 1000 mm. It supports PCBs dimension of up to 360 x 460 mm with a component height of up to 100 mm (top-side) and 25 mm (down-side). This conveyor creates a controlled passageway for operators in production lines and acts as two consecutive belt sections for transporting PCBs; the first belt section fixed and acting as a buffer and the second belt section hinges at one end and after operator request, manually opens in an upward direction. 

The Manual Gate Unit (MGU) provides configuration and options such as automatic width adjustment and the ability to lock the gate during transfer. It measures 1500 x 760 x 1300 mm and requires an AC supply.
