MultiEyeS plus

The MultiEyeS Plus from GOPEL Electronic is an Automated Optical Inspection. It inspects PCBs with a 47 MP camera at a speed of up to 800 cm²/s and produces images of 81 µm resolution. This equipment can accommodate PCBs measuring up to 650 x 450 mm, while a single component can be up to 100 mm in height. The MultiEyeS uses flexible LED illumination to provide high-quality, real-time monitoring directly at assembly stations. It can integrate a laser projector for user-guided assistance, projecting information into the operator's field of view. This AOI machine excels in various applications, including component and plastic part assembly, battery cell assembly, and automotive manual processes, ensuring unmatched test speed and reliability with user-friendly software and extensive inspection capabilities. It is available in an enclosure that measures 872 x 680 x 200 mm and requires an AC supply of 230 V.
