EAGLE 3D - 8800TL

The EAGLE 3D – 8800TL from Surface Mount Technology Europe is an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Equipment. It can solder, look for damaged parts, components, and lifted heads, measure height or distance between chips, and shift tilts. This AOI system is equipped to analyse high or low volumes of solder, solder bridges, tombstoning, OCV, missing/wrong chip, or various patterns. It can be incorporated into the SMT production line with customized economical solutions.

The EAGLE 3D – 8800TL can inspect printed circuit boards measuring up to 510 x 464 mm, with inspection speeds from 9.1 cm²/s to 29.5 cm²/s. It features a 4 MP camera, with varying fields of view (20 x 20 mm, 30 x 30 mm, and 36 x 36 mm), and produces images with resolutions of 10 µm, 15 µm and 18 µm. The device is operated by a 64-bit Windows operating system. It requires an AC supply of 220 V at 50/60 Hz.
