TR7700 SIII DL

TR7700 SIII DL by Test Reseach, Inc is an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment. It is optimal for PCBs of size 510 x 310 mm to 510 x 590 mm. Additionally, it can support PCBs with thicknesses between 0.6-5 mm that may weigh up to 3Kgs. The inspection machine is equipped with a high-precision 4 mega-pixel camera of resolution:  5.5 µm, 6 µm, 10 µm, and 15 µm. TR7700 SIII DL is the newest generation of TRI's AOI solutions, delivering precise multi-phase inspection at full speed, in the exact ranges of 60, 120, 27-39, and 40-60 cm²/sec.

The TR7700 SIII Plus offers a powerful and easy-to-use AOI solution that has premium defect analysis features. It is certified in the detection of Plating voids, missing components, soldering issues, insufficient soldering, wrong parts, missing parts, polarity, lifted leads, and scratches. It can also be used with Tombstones and Billboard PCBs.
