The TR7700QH SII from Test Research, Inc. is an Automated Optical Inspection Machine that can handle PCBs measuring up to 510 x 510 mm. It can accommodate PCBs measuring between 0.6 to 5 mm in thickness and weighing up to 5 Kg. This equipment features a 21-megapixel camera and produces images with a resolution of 15 µm and has an inspection speed of 80 cm²/sec. It employs a dual-directional conveyor with a height between 880 to 920 mm and has a top and clearance of 50 mm and 40 mm respectively. This AOI machine is powered by TRI's smart programming, AI algorithms, and metrology measurement capabilities. It is an Industry 4.0-ready platform and supports current smart factory standards, including IPC-CFX and the Hermes standard (IPC-HERMES-9852). This machine is available in an enclosure that measures 1100 x 1730 x 1700 mm.
