V510i Optimus 3D Advanced

The V510i Optimus 3D Advanced from ViTrox Corporation Berhad is an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) System for advanced packaging and microelectronics. It is designed for inspecting PCBs measuring from 50 x 50 mm to 490 x 510 mm (0.2 to 4 mm in thickness). This system employs a 12-megapixel camera with a field of view of 40 x 30 mm that produces images with resolutions of 10 &mum. The camera's easy movement is maintained by a top and bottom clearance of 35 mm and 70 mm, respectively, while the edge clearance at the top and bottom is 3.5 mm each. It implements 3D inspection with Phase Shift Profilometry&rsquos (PSP) methodology with 4-way projectors. 

The V510i Optimus 3D Advanced excels in detecting various defect categories including mirror/shiny/reflective component surfaces, die presence and orientation, gold pad/finger surface inspection, foreign material detection, and coordinates measurement. It uses a Windows 10 (64-bit) operating system and ensures robust traceability throughout the production process with features like camera-read barcodes and OCR capability with batch code logging. This system features a conveyor measuring 875 to 965 mm in height and can support PCBs weighing 3 kg.
