Router 620

The Router 620 from JOT Automation is a Depaneling Equipment that separates PCB modules from panels. It has an HF motor spindle with a spindle speed of 5000-50000 rpm and a chuck diameter of 3.175 mm. This depaneling equipment can handle  FR4/FR4 with copper layer boards of sizes ranging from 50 x 50 x 0.6 mm to 620 x 620 x 4 mm. It can product handling capacity of 800 mm (x-axis) & 1750 mm (y-axis) at 1.5 m/s and 130 mm (z-axis) at 0.6 m/s. This depaneling equipment has a product milling capacity of 820 mm (x-axis) & 640 mm (y-axis) at 1 m/s and 60 mm (z-axis) at 0.6 m/s. It has an infeed conveyor of height 950 mm that flows from left to right and has a noise level of 87 dB. This depaneling equipment can be controlled via a graphical user interface and a touch screen display.

The Router 620 has a cutting tool breakage control, pneumatic milling tool change, vacuum monitoring system, laser sensor system for teaching cutting points and crash detection sensor. It has an automatic dust removal that keeps modules dust-free and reduces the need for machine maintenance. This depaneling equipment requires an AC supply of 400 V and consumes 1000 W. It is available in a package that measures 2395 x 2126 x 1421 mm.
