The MicroLine 5115 from LPKF Laser & Electronics is a Depaneling Equipment with a working area of 533 x 610 x 11 mm. It is equipped with a laser of 15 W power, a wavelength of 355 nm and a pulse width of 15 ns. The machine has a position accuracy of 20 µm and a laser beam diameter of 20 µm. It has an LPKF CircuitPro CAM and Control Software with manual and automatic modes of operation. The equipment requires a 3-phase AC supply of 400 V and consumes less than 6.5 kVA of power.
