PicoLine 5440

The PicoLine 5440 from LPKF Laser & Electronics AG is a Manual/Motorized Depaneling Equipment for the PCB separation and packaging process. It can operate on a maximum working area of 533 x 610 x 11 mm, where the maximum board length can be 355 mm. The PicoLine 5440 equipment is available in dimensions of 1660 x 1720 x 1900 mm, a net weight of 2000 kg, and works on a power supply of 400 VAC, 3-phase, 50 – 60 Hz. 

The LPKF MicroLine 5000, is designed to handle a variety of materials, including flexible printed circuit board materials, IC substrates, and HDI circuit boards. Its applications range from drilling through holes and blind vias to cutting large mounting holes and contour-cutting irregular PCB outlines. The system's UV laser technology ensures quality and precision, minimizing thermal stress and yielding clean edges without dust or burrs. The MicroLine 5000 extends to contour cutting, allowing it to cut standard panel sizes with a cutting channel of only 20 μm.
