SPIDER

The SPIDER from Essemtec AG is a Solder Paste Dispenser for PCB Board Sizes of 50 x 50 mm to 406 x 305 mm. It has a Dosing speed of 150'000 points/h with a Piezo jet valve and 24,000 points/h with an Archimedean screw valve. This machine has Point, line, curve and interpolated 3D contour Dosing modes. The dispenser has an accuracy of 40 μm for XY placement and 20 μm for Z-axis positioning.  This machine has a wide range of applications, such as solder paste and SMT adhesive, LED encapsulation, silver epoxy resin, insulation and filling, underfilling, cavity filling, 3D dispensing via laser height measurement & more. This machine has an overall footprint of 880 x 1090 mm and requires an AC supply of 230 V / 50 Hz or 120 V / 60 Hz.
