ILS-3000 In-Line

The ILS-3000 In-Line from CheckSum, LLC is an In-Circuit Tester that can handle PCB sizes from 40 x 40 mm to 380 x 510 mm. It has up to 3000 test points with a changeover time of less than 60 seconds. This is compatible with a PCB thickness of more than 1 mm and a maximum component height of 50 mm on top, and 31.75 mm bottom. This machine comes with dual-level probing, a fixture cycle time of 3 seconds, and a system cycle time of 7.7 seconds. It requires an operating environment of 10-35 C, 45 – 85 % RH, and a minimum of 0.5 Mpa of compressed air. The tester requires a 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz, single phase Power supply.
