The Sigma MTS 300 from Digitaltest is an In-Circuit Tester that is suitable for both DC and AC voltage ranging from 0-100 V. It has up to 3,456 pins and can perform up to 1000 measurements per second. This test system can check PCBs with up to 3456 analog, 1664 hybrid or a combination of both test points. It checks the hardware of the test system and localizes faulty modules. This modular test system enables analog and digital in-circuit testing, vectorless testing, functional test, boundary scan and memory programming. The tester is available with vacuum and cable interfaces. It comes with pre-installed CITE test system software and also has a QCAM that reports the stability and quality of a test program and makes debugging easy and efficient.
