SMART-350-H

The SMART-350-H from Oubel Group is a Wave Soldering Equipment that uses Dual Wave to solder electronic components on Printed Circuit Boards. It has a solder pot capacity of about 480 kg and the flux volume required is between 10 to 100 ml/min, which ensures that refuelling is kept to a minimum. This equipment supports PCB dimensions from 50 mm to 350 mm. It can heat the solder to a temperature of 300°C with the help of its 4 preheating zones and requires around 5 to 8 bars of air supply. This wave soldering equipment has a conveyor angle of 4 - 7° for easy accessibility to electronic components attached and has a conveyor speed from 300 to 1800 mm/min, that prevents solder dewetting. 

The SMART-350-H includes a flux spraying system that enhances performance for PCB applications. It has perpendicular orientation that ensures even distribution across the PCB, improving flux penetration and enhancing solder metal adhesion. This system features a modularized solder pot which maintains its shape during heating and provides uniform heating through perfect contact with the heater. Additionally, the system includes a sturdy conveyor designed to withstand heavy loads, making it suitable for both bare PCBs and 5kg weight carriers. With an intuitive user interface powered by an industrial PC plus PLC, the system allows for easy control and parameter management.

The SMART-350-H is available in an enclosure that measures 4445 x 1582 x 1735 mm and requires an AC supply.
