SST-350

The SST-350 from SUN EAST Tech Development is a Lead-Free Wave Soldering Equipment with a solder pot capacity of 480 kg and three preheat zones. It can accommodate PCB width from 50 to 350 mm and includes a conveyor with a left-to-right direction (optional right-to-left). The conveyor has a speed of up to 1800 mm/minute and a height of 750 mm (±20 mm). It has a direct buffering input structure, with a stainless-steel chain conveyor designed for aluminium alloy tracks. The flux spraying system is digitally controlled, with stepper motor-controlled motion for the spray nozzle and automatic flux supply management. It has a solder pot made of cast iron with anti-corrosion ceramic coating and is equipped with two low-flowrate nozzles.

The SST-350 has an air-cooling system that offers an adjustable cooling rate of 4 to 6°C/s. It has a control system that utilizes a PC+PLC configuration with the Windows 7 operating system, featuring a Chinese/English operation interface. It includes functions for auto-saving processing profiles and data, as well as alarms for detecting flux and solder levels. This wave soldering equipment requires a 3-phase AC supply and has a warm-up time of 150 minutes when set to 250°C.
