S3088 ultra chrome

The S3088 Ultra Chrome from Viscom is an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Equipment for PCB dimensions of up to 508 x 508 mm. It is designed to meet the demand for high throughput production lines, inspect the most leading-edge electronics, and be cost competitive. This system is based on the unique 3D AOI technology from Viscom and combines accurate defect detection with high inspection speed. It has an inspection speed of up to 65 sq. cm./s and a field of view of 50 x 50 mm. The system has eight angled-view cameras with switchable orthogonal resolution (10 &mum) and can reliably inspect 03015 components for solder joints, placement and solder paste.

The S3088 Ultra Chrome comes with modern user interface, vVision which makes operation simple and inspection program generation intuitive and quick. For optimal process control and comprehensive defect coverage, the results from automatic optical inspection can be linked with SPI, AXI and MXI results via the Quality Uplink software from Viscom. This equipment supports SMEMA interface and is available in an enclosure that measures 994 x 1565 x 1349 mm and is designed for high-volume production.
