The TB780D from Beijing Torchis a Wave Soldering Machine. It has a unique air cylinder drivendouble wave crestnozzle design with adjustable spray speed and spray width. This machine has a preheating temperature range from room temperature to 260°C which can meet preheating needs of bulk PCB welding such as temperature uniformity. It uses infrared heating method that provides a heating range from room temperature to 300°C and has a PID heating control with a temperature accuracy of ±2°C. This oven supports PCB width of up to 200 mm and lead/common solder types.
