EWS-310D

The EWS-310D from DDM Novastar is a Wave Soldering Equipment that uses dual wave to solder electronic components. It can accommodate PCBs measuring from 30 to 300 mm in width, has a solder pot capacity of about 170 kg and the flux volume required is 3 Liters. This equipment has a conveyor speed of 2.5 m/min.  The EWS-310 wave soldering machine features self-contained fluxing, preheating, and laminar solder wave modules, with an optional turbulent solder wave module for SMT passive components. Its continuous width adjustment handles various board sizes, while the durable finger board handling system enables pallet-less transport. With a streamlined design, welded steel frame, and on-board profiler, it ensures reliability and easy maintenance. Additionally, it offers compatibility with both lead and lead-free soldering, with quick changeover facilitated by a solder pot trolley system.
